Please close all gates behind you.

All vehicles must not exceed 5 mph on site.

Please be aware of children playing and your surroundings at all times.

All land outside the perimeter of the camping fields is strictly out of bounds.

Please stick to the designated footpaths.

Pitch to the left of the numbered plaque. An arrow is provided to guide you.

Please use the Ring Doorbell on the amenities block to contact management before pitching up.

No loud music is permitted. We appreciate that you want to enjoy your stay, but please be considerate of your neighbours at all times.

Only raised fire pits and BBQs may be used on site. Fire mats (available from the manager) must be used underneath all fire pits, BBQs and similar equipment. Please return fire mats to the kitchen cupboard under the sink before departure.

Disposable BBQs must be raised off the ground or placed on a fire mat.

Only logs purchased on site may be used. These are kiln-dried and comply with our insurance requirements.

Swimming in the river is entirely at your own risk. Climbing trees and jumping into the river is strictly prohibited.

Children must be supervised at all times.

We love welcoming your furry pets to the site but please ensure

  1. They are kept on leads at all times
  2. All dog fouling to be collected and disposed of in the main waste bin by the entrance
  3. No illegal/banned breeds dogs allowed on site.

Please use the appropriate bins for recycling.

A food waste bin is available in the kitchen, and food waste bags are provided.

Please take home any old or broken tents, camping chairs, windbreaks, BBQs, gazebos or other large items. These must not be placed in recycling bins or left on your pitch.

Please leave the kitchen and bathroom facilities as you found them.

Arrival: Pitches are available from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please contact management if you expect to arrive after 7:00 pm.

Departure: All guests must vacate their pitch by 11:30 am. Late checkout may be available for £5.00, subject to pitch availability.

Visitors: No visitors are permitted without prior permission. All visitors must be signed in by a registered guest and authorised by management.

Visitor charge: £10.00 per car per day or £5.00 per adult.
All day visitors must leave the site by 9:00 pm.

No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation, bad weather, or early departure. Under certain circumstances, management may, at its discretion, offer alternative dates.

Guests use the site and all facilities entirely at their own risk. We accept no liability for loss, damage, injury, or any other claim relating to persons or property.

Management reserves the right to remove any person deemed unsuitable or whose behaviour is detrimental to the enjoyment, safety or wellbeing of other guests.

CCTV is in operation 24 hours a day.
