Personal Information
Ty’n Llan Campsite only collects information about its customers for the purpose of making and recording a booking.
Data is given to us by filling in forms, orally, corresponding by post, phone and email. The only information collected from customers are details to complete a booking including name, e-mail address and contact telephone number, the dates of stay and the date the booking was made. This applies to multiple bookings made by one person and bookings made on someone else’s behalf. Please ensure that if information is provided for a third party that they have given permission to provide this information to us.
We keep your information confidential. Your data will not be shared without your permission.
Material
We do not send any marketing material to customers unless customers have requested. From time to time we may post general information on our Facebook page on social media. We do not post direct messages unless we need to answer a message sent to us.
Website
The only personal information that is stored on our website are the reviews that have been written by customers. Customers have provided permission for reviews and photographs to be published.
Sharing Data
Protecting your data is very important to us. We do not share your booking data with any other individuals, companies or organisations. Bookings are kept in a file on our database for one season only. Your booking data is processed and stored on our secure server. The only personal information that is stored by us are contact details of our current seasonal customers and interested persons that have contacted us by email regarding a pitch in the future.
